Our slogan says it all. We have very few problems with leaks on roofs that we have replaced, but we do perform a lot of repairs for prospective re-roof customers, who are trying to defer roof replacements. We believe in giving those customers, who depend on us for their repairs, immediate service on emergency repairs to keep them from having excessive damage.
We offer prospective commercial customers a Preventative Maintenance Program with a 47 point checklist that attempts to catch and fix potential problems to avoid such emergencies. The customers, who contract with us for a Preventive Maintenance Program, get priority treatment and locked rates for repairs and maintenance. We have two programs, one with 6 month inspections and another with 1-year annual inspections.
